One of the best things about living in San Pedro are the people we meet. If you are filled with joy you will attract joy. We were fortunate to attract a joyful couple from Texas who purchased a modest home that needed much love and care. They were determined to make this space into a beautiful Bed and Breakfast and they achieved just that!
Meet Susie and Mike, the proprietors of this wonderful establishment. With so much hard work and talent, they have created a perfect spot for anyone coming to the island who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet, at a very reasonable price. It is a quaint location, nestled just north of the bridge. It is tucked between the reef and the mangroves. You can be sipping on a glass of wine in the evening and are treated with incredible sunsets. In the morning after a restful night sleep, you can make yourself a cup of coffee, stroll the beautiful grounds and watch the native birds and breathtaking sunrises.
They have built out 2 wonderful suites for any visitor wanting to get away from the hotel scene and the hotel price! You can come here to relax by their inviting pool. The circular staircase winds upward for you to have a quick workout in their work out facilities, and I am sure if you needed some help, either Susie and Mike would be more than happy to assists as they are both trained Triathletes. You will see both of them biking and running if you are up early enough.
The first suite offers a king size bed with a queen pull-out sofa. It also includes a full-size kitchen with all the amenities. They have thought of everything. This suite is perfect for a couple with 2 children or the group of divers who want the perfect place to relax after diving.
The second suite has a queen size bed with a small kitchenette. Once on property, you have access to the pool, pool side chairs, and floats. The grounds are perfectly manicured, something that Susie takes much pride in. Mike is the handiest guy on the Caye. They offer you a complimentary breakfast early (enough for divers!). We had been invited over for several brunches, so I am sure they will not disappoint.
Their attention to all the details begin when picking you up at the airport. Their partnerships with golf cart companies, the premier dive shop, as well as a massage therapist that will come to you. They will make sure your stay is exactly what you are looking for.
